The Sociedad Municipal de Viviendas y de Servicios de San Cristóbal de La Laguna, S.A.U., is a municipal public society incorporated on December 30, 1994 in the City of La Laguna.
The Muvisa's Mission is to carry out the municipal jurisdiction of housing development and management becoming the manager of the municipal housing policy and plan that is designed within the Municipal Corporation organ.
